Tia The Tax Goddess

“If you can’t find it, create it! This is the mission statement that Tia Jones aka Tia The Tax Goddess lives by. CEO of Tailormade Tax & Financial as well as The Biz Bar LLC, Tia has dedicated her life’s work to creating a social impact in the black and brown community.

Her companies address the racial wealth gap by supporting entrepreneurs through wealth building strategies and financial literacy. As a Washington DC Native growing up Tia saw first hand the devastating effects caused by the lack of financial education and management.

As an adult having her own struggles with financial stability it wasn’t until she took an interest in tax law and began self-studying that Tia -now Tia the Tax Goddess- understood the massive benefits of financial gain and potential for increased communal wealth that came with this awareness.

She took this knowledge and started her service based business providing tax and financial services to her community. Since her launch Tia The Tax Goddess Went From making $14 per hour to Building a Six-Figure Tax & Financial Company, processing more than 3.2B in tax refunds & supporting Entrepreneurs in acquiring more than $1.6M in Local and Federal Funding to Date. Outside of her professional accomplishments Tia is most proud of being a mom of two in which she says “They don’t hinder my success they are the reason that I strive for success”
