Disappointing experience. I sent my papers via email on Feb. 28 - I received an acknowledgement email afterwards and was told to wait 4-7 days and I shall be receiving a phone call. After 7 days - no phone call, I called on the 7th day to follow up, again they said I shall receive a call. March 8 - I got a call and was asked several information. Then said to wait again. I called and emailed in between. March 18, I called again to find out what is going on. They said it's ready for Ms. Daisy to review and asked that I call after 8pm that day. Which I did, 8:15 pm, I was told to call at 9:10 pm which I did. At 9:15 I was told to call at 10:00 pm which I did, I was put on hold and finally at 10:30 pm I was able to get a hold of Ms. Daisy. I was told to wait for an email for the papers. Guess what? of course I have to call to follow up on the email. If you my patience, go ahead and work with them.

I've had my fair share of tax services but they are very professional and honest at Sharp Tax. I had my returns prepared by Daisy and she made sure I got every deduction legally possible she didn't just write things off she explained each deduction to me and how it works for me. I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. This is where I'll be going from here on out thanks Sharp Tax. The coffee wasn't half bad here either lol.

I found this firm about 4 years ago on google. I am truly content with everyone’s service. I have to say that Daisy’s work is outstanding. It’s how she does her job and the time she takes to thoroughly go through it with you. She’s a very approachable and welcoming person if you have any questions about your taxes you won’t leave without one unanswered. 5 star deservedly rewarded!

She goes above and beyond for her clients! Amazing service, professional team, and just great work overall. Daisy takes her time to do your tax return and really explain it to you fully! I was referred to Sharp Tax through family, and her team has been preparing my taxes for a little over 10 years now. Between myself and 6 other family members who have used their service, we haven't had any complaints or issues pop up. The fees are fair and save me the hassle of dealing with taxes myself. In-person visits to their office were fine, and the two times I've used their online portal to have them prepare my taxes remotely weren't problematic either.
