From the very start of our engagement, Kris and her staff set themselves apart by asking what we needed as an organization (verses presenting a set package of what they could offer), and customized their services to meet our needs.
We initially engaged Pinnacle to complete an HR audit, which was immensely helpful in diagnosing where we needed the most work, and then continued with a monthly engagement to address the items identified in the audit, handle our internal HR processes, and serve as a resource for our staff. Sheryl Culliver-Turner has been our primary Consultant for the ongoing engagement and every person on our team, from the Principal to our frontline staff, has sung her praises many times over. She has consistently been timely and thorough with her deliverables (including those we didn't even know we needed) and has made sure that each person on our team feels heard and valued when they need it most.
