I had no problems upon arriving, was greeted, and by the time I took my coat off, my tax professional was ready for me. Sue was fantastic, to6ol her time, explained all the steps, and wasn't frustrated with all the different forms I had! True professional!

Erica handled me with care. Her attitude was positive and eager to complete my taxes.She did a wonderful job explaining the process of completion. Erica really is the epitome of customer service. She thought about my best interest and was patient through out the entire process.I hope the rest of the staff can learn how to be as friendly, professional and down to earth like Erica because other tax specialists were not as professional as Erica.
