Victoria Tran and Daniel Engelking were courteous and professional in helping me prepare and file my returns. Daniel helped me connect with Victoria, who expertly prepared my returns and took the time to explain them and answer all my questions. I highly recommend them.

I'm not sure what's been happening at this place. I went here without issue for years, but the last three years have been frustrating. One year, the person I had an appointment with wasn't there at the appointed time and the next year, I was treated in a very rushed and condescending manner. Any business can make mistakes and I thought maybe I was too sensitive. But reading these reviews I am co,sidering looking for another place

I had a tax appointment in March for Rachid. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that he was out sick. No one told me, nor did Rachid find it necessary to call or email me about rescheduling. Another associate helped me to scan my documents and send them to Rachid to complete at home. He called me the next day but I was working and was unable to answer. I never heard from him after that. I called the office multiple times to get ahold of him, but he was never working in the office. The front desk associate left him emails to contact me and he never did. I called him on his phone and no response. I was told that he would be working on my taxes during this time but never updated it, never contacted me, nothing. Now, it’s April 10th and taxes are due in 5 days. I decided to go into the office to get this sorted out. Again, Rachid was not in the office. I was told he only works in the office on Wednesdays, but apparently he would be in on the 11th (a Tuesday). I needed my taxes completed, and a nice lady, Ms. Cooper, said she would do it for me since Rachid apparently can’t do his job. She told me he hasn’t even started on them - mind you, my appointment was mid March. Ms. Cooper was able to get my taxes done in 20 minutes and was super helpful. This place is extremely unprofessional and unorganized.

Best experience I've ever had at an H&R block. Izzy is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I felt very secure having her prepare my taxes. I definitely recommend Izzy.
