Brown & Associates for a couple of years now after being referred to them by another tax preparer and having tried different preparers in the past - they continue to be the best. I used the services of this business due to an acquaintance. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but pleasing. I was overcharged for tax preparation, and worse, the preparer failed to apply legitimate deductions—errors that cost me thousands of dollars in unexpected payments to both the IRS and the state. I had to hire a certified CPA to correct the mistakes and properly file my returns. The owner’s bedside manner throughout the process suggests a sense of professional superiority in client interactions. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a financial professional. Save yourself the stress and money—look elsewhere.
