I believe my experience was bad. I had an appointment to get my taxes done on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. I left my paperwork and was told to submit additional documents. After, that I did not hear from Mr. Fleming. I called the office, texted the cell phone number, emailed him and there were "no replies" or call backs. I was not informed that an "extension" had been filed. I finally got a second appointment on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. and was confirmed of taxes being completed for efile. I followed up again by calling his office, texting, and emailing. No replies.I did not receive a copy of my taxes during office visit. Finally got a copy of my taxes that I had to personally print out and pay for at the public library. Finally IRS deposited tax refund June 15, 2016. I will not be returning to Fleming Financial Solutions!

My husband and I used Mr. Fleming to file our taxes. We found him to be very knowledgeable and responsiveness to any questions or follow up we had. I had referred other friends and family to him.
