We had great experiences using Adeptus for our first two years using Angie Sha. For our more recent experience, we have not heard from her for weeks at a time despite multiple follow ups and even calls to the office. I'm only posting this review so our taxes may be expeditiously filed and so future clients may get more prompt service.
